Necklace Necessities Return Policy

At Necklace Necessities, we are committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We employ several quality checks before our product leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service department at (800) 998-6579, within the United States for a return authorization. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement, or a credit (if necessary). Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns.

We are open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. If you are unable to reach us during these hours, please e-mail us at Service@NecklaceNecessities.com

You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. However, if we've made a mistake and sent you incorrect merchandise, or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of your original shipping, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

When returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made.
